Does anyone know of any good excersizes to do in your office? I sit all day.. I have a big mid section that I would really like to work on....
I don't know what your office is like but maybe stairs or a walking lunch. My husband walks everyday at lunch and he only has a 30 minute lunch. Hope you find something that works for you :)
