Net Carbs
 
It looks like the food log doesn't subtract fiber, and that's throwing me off.. Is there a way to make it adjust for net carbs?

Nope, sorry, the program does not have that capability. Not that it would automatically calculate, but I believe the premium level and the PC version both have ways to set up a particular nutrient you want to track; it's possible it could be done that way.
