Difference between two chicken options
hi,
2) Why does the (Chicken, breast, fried, no coating - 124Cals) option have less calaries than the (Checken, breast, fried, no coating, skin not eaten) option? Does the first option assume that the chicken brest was cooked without the skin, but the second was cooked with the skin, only the skin was not eaten in the end? 1) Also, what do they mean by Coated? I don't suppose there is a description of these terms somewhere? I mean ones like coated, the rest I know 3) Can't seem to find "chicken, breast, fried, no coating, prepared skinless" << total nub, but Thanks :o) |

This is what I use for what you are describing. Coating could mean a lot of things, I see it as heavy flour, salt and seasonings but I don't know for sure what their definition is. |
thank you, going to use it.
