I've read up a bunch on protein intake and get two different answers...1gr/lb body weight or 1g/kg body weight...I am currently unemployed so am pretty sedentary most of the day but I walk 4-5 miles a day do light circuit training 3 times a week and hot yoga 6times/week and my intake is around 130-150g protein...can anyone tell me if I'm in the ballpark?
