proper percentages
 
Anyone know what the recomended percentages daily of carbs, protien and fats should be in a healthy diet?

I am using 40% Carbs 30% Protein and 30% fat right now. I want to make it 40/40/20 though, but I've having a hard enough time with the 40/30/30. 40/30/30 is a healthy split.

It is very hard. I found that I just had to enter a bunch of foods that I ate into the custom food section. and play around with a daily menu till I got something close to what I wanted for the day, then it all fell into place. Hope his helps ;)

I am eating too many carbs! I'm trying so hard, but I just keeps eating them! I'm down 23# and up 6# and now back down to 22# again...I'm a yo yo mess...

I found fitsite on another site, that goes into the carbs, fat, and protein, she makes it sound really easy, I believe the site is intense-workout . com. & you can even sign up for her newsletters. Hope this helps
