And the reason Fitday doesn't include Vitamin K is because?
Why doesn't fitday include vitamin K? Last time I checked it had some very important physiological properties...
It just seems weird that fitday has Vitamins A, B, C, D and E and that they just straight up left off the last one which is K. Does nobody else find that peculiar? Especially considering (I'm assuming) that they get their Nutrition Facts from the government, which publishes them and the government definitely has Vitamin K content. Nutrition data also lists the Vit K in foods, I just don't get why they left off this one vitamin?
