Question What does the "Alcohol" line of Fit-day's Nutrition label supposed to refer to?

I do a lot of custom foods and on Fitday's nutrition label, it has a line after Protein that says Alcohol.

I don't think I have seen this on the nutritional label of other products.

Does this refer to "sugar alcohol" or what? Does it count as a carb?

Unless the package specifically calls alcohol out it shouldn't be put there. That field is for alcohol not sugar alcohols. This is for tracking the alcohol consumption due to alcoholic beverages or products that are made with alcoholic beverages that don't have the alcohol burned off.

Thanks! That was the alternative explanation I thought was possible but I just wanted to make sure.

It would be nice to have a separate line for sugar alcohol on custom foods.
