It is very hard. I found that I just had to enter a bunch of foods that I ate into the custom food section. and play around with a daily menu till I got something close to what I wanted for the day, then it all fell into place. Hope his helps

I found fitsite on another site, that goes into the carbs, fat, and protein, she makes it sound really easy, I believe the site is intense-workout . com. & you can even sign up for her newsletters. Hope this helps
