Default How to estimate calcium in custom food

Help please. I want to enter calcium in a custom food as milligrams per 100g. The only option appears to be as a % of the food but I don't know how to calculate that. The food is an Australian cheese not in the data base and the calcium is given as 995mg per 100g.

Hmmm--I'd probably try to find a cheese as close as possible to what you're interested in and go with the value for it.

Regards,
Michael
