I'm kind of confused about the nutrition charts. There 2 available showing nutrition as a percentage of RDA (recommended dietary allowance) and the other one showing nutrition as a percentage of the Daily Value for a 2,000 calorie diet. Which one shows the right amounts of vitamines I should be having? Because for example on the RDA chart my Vit A is 76% and on the other chart is 0%
I was thinking those 2 charts will be the same assuming that the diet is about 2000 calories?
