Talking Water or Crystal Light?

Hi everyone

I hate to drink water, but I bought some of the Crystal Light flavor packets. They only have 5 calories and no sugar. Since I don't like to drink water is the a good way for me to get my 8 8oz glasses?

Yep, whatever floats your boat. Another way to make all that water go down more easily is to make green tea, I like mine cold with just a teeny bit of Maple Syrup stirred in it.

Also if you are near a Wal-Mart.. they have their own brand of flavored water.. called Sam's Choice.. it has 0 calories, 0 fat etc.. and it comes in really good flavors.. peach, mandarine orange, white grape, strawberry , kiwi... I can't drink regular water either so I alternate between the flavored water and Coke Zero. My problem with Crystal Light is I need something carbonated.
