Iodine Content
 

Does anyone know where I can find a nutrition listing for foods that gives the iodine content as well? I need to watch my iodine content due to my Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism and it seems very difficult to find this information.

Dave, there's a site called nutritiondata that is very helpful. I'm not sure if it will meet your exact needs, but it does have a function to look up foods by a particular nutrient, or to look up glycemic index of foods, and a whole bunch of other neat look ups.
