How Many Cals Am I Allowed?
It's my first time posting to these forums. I haven't used fitday in a while and am just getting back to it. I'm 32 years old, 5'4" and 115 lbs. What should be my caloric range if I still want to lose another few pounds? I set my calories at 1200-1400, but what do I know? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
