How Many Cals Am I Allowed?
It's my first time posting to these forums. I haven't used fitday in a while and am just getting back to it. I'm 32 years old, 5'4" and 115 lbs. What should be my caloric range if I still want to lose another few pounds? I set my calories at 1200-1400, but what do I know? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
The best way to figure this out is to create a weight loss goal in FitDay. Enter you goal weight and target date for that goal. Then under the calorie restriction tab, you can calculate how many calories you need to eat per day to reach that. goal.
