Weighing Food Before entering into Fitday

So here it is: I have 4 chicken breasts fresh out of the package. I wash and dry them, then put on scale. They weight 13 ounces.

Then I cook them in a skillet as is (no oils, etc).
I weight them after cooking = 8.5 oz.

My question is (and I've heard this debated before) do I enter 8.5 or 13 oz. into fitday?

If you go to Browse Foods, select Poultry, then select Chicken, most or all of the options say either "prepared," "baked," "roasted," "fried," etc., which to me assumes that it has been cooked and should be weighed after cooking.

If I ever have doubt about whether something is cooked or not, I'll Google "calories in cooked ground beef" or "calories in uncooked ground beef," for example, just to compare and make sure I'm entering right.
