protein bars and net carbs ?

Default protein bars and net carbs ?

hi!
i did some searching but after sifting through a few pages i didnt come up with an answer...

anyone have a good resource for about how many net carbs are in different brands of protein bars

available to me is mlo bioprotein bars and also premier nutrition protein bars, a few otehrs too but cannot remember their names (costco)

any help is great...

I got the stat from Bodybuilding.com. They have the nutrition facts on these as well as about 100 others. I am not impressed with the Protein to Carb ration of the MLO bars. With 21g of Protein and 43g of Carbs (35g of Sugar) maybe they should call these CARB BARS instead of Protein bars, lol.
