Is there a way of logging an entire meal and save it? i mean without the brainpain of calculating all the nutritional facts by your self?
like if i always make the same smoothie and want to save the hassle of adding all the ingredients one by one, i could create a recipe for that smoothie, and i just enter the amount i drink and get the facts right..
I think you find so many recipe for smoothies online and even complete meals. Usually those recipes you can find state the nutritional fact and even the calories they contain each meal.
