Default How to calorie count

It is easy to track how many calories you eat when you have the "Nutrition Facts" box on the back of your food. But can someone help me out with counting, or estimating the calories of foods made by self or foods ordered at restaurants for instance? Is there a specific way to count the calories, or.....? Help me out here, please? I appreciate it.

You can create a free account and then create your own recipes and it calculates the nutritional facts for you. Once you have an account there is a tab for recipe calculator.
