Welcome. This is a tip and trick I learned from TOPS. Eat less, move more. That's about it. The best part of FitDay is that it makes it so simple to track your intake and exercise and you get the whole world cheering for you all along the way. Being fit is a challenge for folks like you and me and we can help each other through FitDay.
I have a big 32 oz glass with a built in lid and straw full of herbal tea with me at all times. That helps me. I look like a toddler with a sippy cup, but it really does help with the false hunger. I just fill the glass up with water, put in a few tea bags and off i go.
