I just signed up for FitDay.
I'm 55; and have had a life long war with overweight!! I'm currently 204 lbs and 5'2" tall. I live in Colorado, USA.
I am currently winning a few battles, but the war is hardly over. I've been on Atkins since last fall and have lost 80 pounds.
I've been on a plateau for a couple of months so I am starting a "fat fast" to try to break through. Dana Carpender's book "The Fat Fast Cookbook" recommended using FitDay to record daily intake.
I'd love to hear positive encouragement from others!
