I want to gain weight
Hi, I'm 6ft tall and I weight 158lbs, I know I'm supposed to weight 183lbs so I need to gain weight.
what I don't know is what diet I should follow and what excercise routine would be most recommended.
I hope someone can give me some insight in this.
Add a protein bar or a protein shake to your meals. 3 of those a day and you'll put on the weight.
