Newcomer... Again! :)
Hello everyone! I used fitday very successfully to lose 30 pounds in 2009. Over the years, I have gained most of the weight back.
My start weight is 168lbs. Logging on today, my current weight in 2009 was 145, so that is now my goal weight for 12/25/2013. I will have to lose an average of 1lb per week to obtain the goal. My goals are to log every calorie and to work out 5 days a week.
Just logging on has made me feel very motivated!
