Hi there! I lost quite a bit of weight in 2011, before my wedding, but, since leaving my very active job, I've gained it all back with interest. I'm hoping that being on here will help me stay accountable for eating right and getting exercise! :D
Hi Claire. Weight certainly does have a way of creeping up. Entering my calories consumed and activities into FitDay does help to keep me accountable. Posting on the weekly motivational thread has also been helpful for me.
Feel free to join in if you'd like. We post our daily goals for the week each Monday, and then report back as to how we're doing.
