I am from Toronto and it's been a long time since I have been on a forum.
I am turning 30 September and have 40-50 pounds of weight to lose. I would like to lose 20 by September. I have actually stuck a big calendar in my bedroom of my weight and my goals. I am also a huge emotional eater. I have stress in my life and tend to eat out a bit too much. Im also a former Bulimic and trying to get through the emotional part of what Bulimia has left behind. I am happy to be here and hope this forum gives me the support to get to my goal
