Hi

I am from Toronto and it's been a long time since I have been on a forum. :)

I am turning 30 September and have 40-50 pounds of weight to lose. I would like to lose 20 by September. I have actually stuck a big calendar in my bedroom of my weight and my goals. I am also a huge emotional eater. I have stress in my life and tend to eat out a bit too much. Im also a former Bulimic and trying to get through the emotional part of what Bulimia has left behind. I am happy to be here and hope this forum gives me the support to get to my goal :)

Welcome, Yummy. I'm a bored/emotional eater. Using FitDay to keep track of everything I eat has been very useful. There's a weekly motivation thread you might want to join in on. People post their daily goals for the week each Monday (a new thread starts each Monday), and then report back daily (or as time permits) about whether they've met their goals. People are very friendly and supportive, and I've learned a lot from others too.

Hello Yummy,

Welcome to Fitday! :) I started here about 5 1/2 weeks ago and have found it really helpful. I recently joined on the motivational forum Carolyn talked about. They are really great and supportive.
