I am new here, would like to tell everyone hello. I don't really want to lose too much weight. Just enough where I look tight and tone for a convention and any other modeling gigs I get in the future. I weight 138, wear a size 9 pants. I have no clue how to lose weight or tone up. Hopefully some of you ladies and gents can teach me a thang or two.
I am starting a 30-day ab and squat challenge. I will also be incorporating pilates and a bit of cardio. I'm really not sure what kind of foods to eat. I am type one diabetic and I already eat pretty healthy as it is.
