Smile Day one -- yay!

Just signed up...hope by joining it helps me reach my goal. I am in my late 50s, live in Utah, work at home sitting 10 hours a day and shocked that I have topped the 200 lb mark -- got to do something to turn this situation around! Hope we can help each other!

Hi Af, day one for me too. Sounds like we got lots in common. In my late 50`s - (live in Canada). At home sitting most of the day, and just over the 200+ lb mark. I am so happy that I`ve finally decided to do something about this.
