Hey everyone. Getting ready for a 5K in June and a 15K in July. I need to lose weight while building up endurance. I believe I'm up for the challenge but could use encouragement/suggestions and will try to be an encouragement to others.

Welcome, Steve. Good for you for taking on the challenge of the runs. My only advice to to set daily goals that will get you your larger goals, and keep plugging away.
