I'm new here today---figured it was time I take control---Ive been a little blue this week after losing my best friend on Saturday...but its time I get back to it and lose this weight....any adivice would be appreciated:)
You've taken the first step - you've decided to lose weight - actually, I like the way you put it first - 'time to take control'. Weight goes on so easily - and is so hard to take off...sigh. So I find it best to concentrate on my goals to losing weight, rather than the weight loss itself.
My goals are simple: 1200-1500 calories a day; no sugar & white flour; an hour of extra movement a day. Every day I meet those goals, I consider a success.
