New to FitDay - How do you count "activity"?
Do I count all walking? If I indicated that I am seated all day - do I include daily walking (to the subway, etc.) or do you only enter purposeful exercise like yoga, running, etc.?

Yes, if you indicate you're seated all day, make a separate entry for walking (to the subway or wherever), doing dishes, light housework or whatever. Those kinds of activities burn more calories than sitting. Enter your sleep time as an activity - that burns a little less than sitting.
