I just restarted fitday today -- but used it avidly several years ago. (Good to be back!)
I'm fairly fit -- though I do refer to myself as the fattest skinny guy you know! Not looking to lose weight but just to track intake/burn to get in better shape overall.

I think FitDay is great because it can be used for fitness, weight control, and other dietary goals. When I was taking care of my elderly mother after she had a stroke, she didn't have much of an appetite, and I used it to make sure she was getting at least a minimum # of calories a day.
What are your fitness goals? Strength? Endurance?
