New to fitday ready to change!!
I've come to the realization that my attitude towards food "needs" to change. i need to eat only when i'm hungry and not eat just because it's in the fridge or pantry. i say enough with food and yes to feeling better with more energy and vigor for life. iv'e been in contact with my diatician and i already feel this was the way to go. can't wait for summer to get here.;)

i hear you loud and clear about eating only when hungry....when exactly is that???? i have to learn that. i am an emotional eater...happy, sad and everything you have got this. remember...being on this board was a good step in the right direction!
