Default Men's Health

I just started today and was wondering if there is a specifc thread just for men? Just curious since men and women's weight loss are different.

There is one at the bottom of the discussion board called "Support group for just men". I have heard that it's not very active but you can give it a try. Us girls don't bite though and we have many of the same struggles as you guys Good luck

Thanks fomr getting back to me. I see you are doing very well. One question, do you find this site to be very slow in response especailly when you log food items?

I do but I have slow/cheap internet and I use the free version so it takes time for the ads to load. Free is free I will take it the way it is
