Hello all -
I am new to this idea of "group" weight loss. I'm determined to lose lots of pounds in the next five months before my son's wedding. Those pictures will be around forever! I had a great metabolism when I was younger, and have gained a bunch of weight in the past several years while struggling with all things pre-menopausal. My plan is to make sure that I eat lots of vegetables, fruits and whole grains, along with much less sugar and refined carbs. I don't want to diet, I want to change my eating patterns and get back to feeling good in my clothes. Thanks for the support!
