Hey I'm 19 I'm 11st at the moment gonna get down to around 8.5st.
I've been going gym for the past 2 years did mainly cardio only in October I decided to get a personal trainer for a few sessions and it's all going good. And I actually use the weight machines now. It'll be my 3rd time to renew my membership in a few weeks time at least this time I know I've made some progress.
It's a new year new start I decided to give up wheat as it's taking up too much of my diet it had way too many carbs. I just want to be healthy no junk food or processed food and I can control and eat more protein. Time for a healthier me
