I wish I had the exercise part of my new lifestyle change in place. You're half way to a healthier lifestyle! Yea it won't take long for you to find what you're eating that is sticking to you if you use the food log on this site and honestly put everything you eat down. Remember that old motto--seconds on the lips . . . years on the hips! LOL
