I am not really new but, I am new to posting and I am ready to start a new tactic. Looking for anyone else who struggles with wt and eating issues.
Hate to admit that I am addicted to food but, its true. I try to stuff down every bad feeling I have ever had. It works for 1 minute- then I need some more.
I need to start a new page in my life and stop writing the same page over and over.
