Also new today. I guess like a lot of people new year new me! I am fifty this year and in the last three years have gone up two dress sizes. I am deffinatly not going to my 50th birthday party in a size 16! My partner leaves for a three month trip to Africa this week and I am going to use my time wisely and loose all these extra lbs that have crept on since we met.

Perfect timing- three full months to make these changes and lose 2 dress sizes! Will you tell him or will it be a surprise?
