Default Hello!

Hi Everyone!

My name is Stephanie and I am 30 yo. I have been married for the last 10 yrs and am a mother to three young girls ages 8,7, & 4. I try to work out daily. I do eat pretty healthy as well.

Some of my fitness issues are that I suffer from PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome)-which is a hormone disorder and am Type 2 Diabetic. I am also about 65 lbs over weight and hope that with hard work I can lose that in the next 5 months.

Could always use the support of another and will always offer support in return.

Hi Stephanie, welcome, and thanks for sharing.
FitDay has a lot of tools and a lot of great folks. Consider popping over to the Motivational Thread in the Women's Corner section.
