I'm not sure exactly how this works but here goes...
I started Paleo life on 10-15-2012 at a weight of 301 pounds. My goal is to lose 100 pounds in one year. I will then be at my 3rd grade weight...lol.
10-15-12 301 pounds
12-8-12 275 pounds.
I track everything here at fitday and my info is public so if anyone has any suggestions for how to break this 2 week plateau I would love to hear them.
