New to Fitday, Just Began Journey

Hi all,

I have finally decided to take the plunge and lose the 70 pounds I've gained during my early 20's. I'm hoping fitday will be a helpful tool along the way. I've lost 3 pounds so far, down to 208 from 211. I'm looking forward to participating in this community and meeting new people!
