Hello, New one here. A little about myself.... 62 year old male(married), currently weigh 290 , set goal of 215 by 9/13. Plan to exercise more, have better diet, and less intake. Encouragement will be appreciated. Thanks

You'll find plenty of encouragement here in the forums. If you log your food, you'll get lots of good information about what's inflating your caloric intake and what kinds of foods give you more 'bang for your buck' as far as satiety and nutrients.
