Returning to Fitday!
I have used fitday once before but I didnt stick to it. Hopeing for better luck this time! Im still a little confused with some of the charts but im starting to get the hang of it again :p So a little about me: I am here to loose about 65 pounds. I carry most of the weight in my belly and thighs. I have had three children via c-section so I have that gross "mommy faney pack" (which my husband happens to like :D but I certainly do NOT!) I have had some health problems lately so my main goal is to feel better for myself and my family. When I dont feel good I cant be the mom/wife that I need to be. I want to loose weight to be healthy not hott! Hott would be nice though. :rolleyes: Anyways I would really like to find a fitness buddie. Someone I can share experiances and achievments with.

Really the only hard part of FitDay and lifestyle changes is sticking to it. :D. So make a plan and stick around. We are all in this together and there is a ton of companionship and encouragment - as you probably know.
