Default New here some help please?

Im new

My goal is to lose 30-40 pounds.

I cannot seem to add activities to my daily thing?

When I press the little plus button nothing happens?

Are you using the Classic or 2.0 version of Fitday? Can you describe the steps you are taking? I use Classic but I assume it is very similar I Browse the Activity (from the menu from the Left) for the correct Section (running, conditioning, dtc...), open the Section and choose the Activity and click the 'Add to my Activities' button. You must update the time for the Activity in the box and then press 'Save' below the box.

Let us know if you need more help.

Hmm yes I am doing all of that and it just does nada Could maybe be my pop up blocker

So walk us through the steps (although it can be tedious to type) you are doing and maybe we can see what is happening?
