noob just statred on here today looking for people to go though this with.
Hello everyone names Stephanie, new on here, I am 20 almost 21 and I Am trying to get healthy and lose weight I need to lose about 110libs, and I do not really have anyone to talk with or keep me on track, so I am hoping to fined someone/s to do this with, any way I hope this is understandable.

Come join us in either or both the 'Did you exercise today' thread in the Exercise section or the Stickied thread at the top of the Womens Section that is the '7 day motivational thread' but this week is titled something like 'Come on girls, you know what time...'
Lots of nice people there to encourage, motivate and hold you accountable. |
