I was wondering why it wouldn't work to set my weight goal to 67kg (147 lbs) when I'm now 60 (132 lbs). Can't you go up? I'd like to track calorie intake required for weight gain.
Edit: what do you know, I quickly found my answer after posting this thread. The website doesn't support it. Doesn't matter, i'll keep tracking some stuff here anyways.
You can post a weight gain goal on a site like Bodybuilding.com. They don't have the food/calorie tracking software that Fitday does. But with a little extra effort you can still track your results.
