Hey, I am new here!
Hey guys! I don't really know why I joined here, I just sort of wanted to see how many calories I ate and burned in one day.
My goal is to gain some weight (I am almost down to 100, yikes!), and I am using this to see if I am successful in my goal.
It is a very difficult journey for me, and I have been working on this goal for almost a month now.
I am looking forward to being a part of this community!

Hi Lego,
welcome! if weight gain is your goal here are a few tip on using FitDay.

Basically it isn't quite geared for weight gain, but the calories listing and pie chart are informative no matter what your goals are.

Welcome and congratulations on wanting to be healthier. Gaining weight is a little different battle as you really want to gain muscle whereas us overweight individuals want to burn fat. My suggestion is to get 30% of your calories from protein (protein is the only nutrient that your body can use to build muscle) and that you eat at about a 500 calorie per day excess.
Let us know if you have more questions.
