1 month results
 
Thought I would share my results after a month of being logged on here... I started at 264 and am now at 256.4, so I an down 7.6 pounds in a month... which is a little under two pounds a week and I am satisfied with that progress :) Now I just need to keep at it (easier said than done, right?)

Outstanding- feels good doesn't it. ;) There is something wonderful about taking a keeping control over our lives! Keep it up mabyerly. I see 200lbs in the sites as I write this.

Well done!! :D It amazes me how many people think that dropping 10lbs every week is achievable, and healthy! 2lbs a week is perfect for keeping it off (or so I have read and been told before anyway! :) ) Keep going, and check in again next month! :) :)

It's my 1 month exercise-versary on Sunday, so I will check in as well with how I have done! :S Hope it's ok. hee hee.
