Angry Desperate 2 lose wgt!

I'm 47 and slowly have gained 25 lbs over last two years...can't seem to get it off. I'm going paleo, will try it for 2 weeks.
Ets see how it goes......any words of encouragement welcomed.

Welcome! Many of us have shared your experience of frustrating, stubborn, weight gain, and have found tools here to allow us to reverse the trend. Let us know how the 2-week paleo experiment works for you. There is a thread of paleo-primal that might be helpful in people sharing their experiences
