Need a diet buddy

So glad you found us. Why don't you jump onto the Women's corner? There are more than 1 grandma there waiting to meet you. And bunch of youngsters hoping to hear your thoughts and wisdom.

And if you need a little nudge in the you-know-where for exercise, check out the "did you exercise" thread. We are there to encourage, congratulate, and occassionally prod us to get moving and keep moving. No experience necessary!
